1. Definition of Credits

“Credits” are virtual units issued by Chat Janitor that allow users to access and use specific features, services, and functionalities on the Chat Janitor platform, including but not limited to AI conversations, character interactions, advanced features, and API usage.

Credits are a digital usage right, not a form of currency or legal tender.

2. How Credits Are Used

2.1 Credit Consumption

• Each action or service on Chat Janitor consumes a certain number of credits, depending on the feature type, complexity, duration, or computational resources required.

• Credits are deducted automatically at the time the service is executed.

• If your account does not have sufficient credits, the requested service will not be completed.

2.2 Credit Value

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or any other external value.

• Credits may only be used within the Chat Janitor ecosystem.

3. Purchasing Credits

3.1 Credit Packages

• Users may purchase credits through ChatJanitor.com using supported payment methods.

• Available credit packages, pricing, and bonus credits (if any) are displayed at the time of purchase.

• Once payment is successfully completed, credits will be added to the user’s account.

3.2 Subscriptions and Bundles

• Certain subscription plans may include recurring credits on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

• Subscription credits are allocated according to the plan’s billing cycle.

4. Credit Expiration and Validity

• Account sharing for the purpose of credit misuse is a violation of this policy.

Chat Janitor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and revoke credits if it detects:

• Fraudulent transactions

• Abuse of promotional credits

• Automated exploitation or system manipulation

• Any activity that violates the Terms of Service or applicable laws

In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

8. Errors and Disputes

If you believe there is an error related to your credit balance (e.g., incorrect deduction or missing credits), you must contact Chat Janitor Support within a reasonable time and provide relevant transaction details.

Chat Janitor’s review and determination shall be final.

9. Promotional and Bonus Credits

• Promotional, bonus, or free credits may be issued at Chat Janitor’s discretion.
